Homogenizer

1. The homogenizer breaks fat into tiny droplets at high pressure creating a
     homogenous
milk-fat fluid suspension. The Homogenizer is a two stage
     high pressure unit connected to the Pasteurizer via pipes & pneumatic 
     valves.

2. All food-contact parts are manufactured from Nickel Chrome
    Molybdenum  alloy or Stainless Steel 316 and are fabricated according to
    USDA guidelines for the Sanitary Design and Fabrication of Dairy 
    Processing Equipment.

Specifications:

1. Model H2007 for 500 Liters/Hour (130 Gal/Hour) & model H3015 for
    1000 Liters/Hour (250 Gal/Hour).

2. Control panel with air pressure gauges & regulators and start/stop buttons.

3. Two speed motor or frequency controller for different product capacities.

4. Drive system with electric motor, pulleys, belts & reducing gear.

5. Electric consumption: 200-480V 60Hz, 7.5 or 12Kw.
