Batch Pasteurizer

The Batch pasteurizer is designed to pasteurize and process dairy products such as cheese, yogurt, cream, and ice cream.                            Pladot’s Batch Pasteurizer complies with European Safety Standard CE requirements, the 3-A Sanitary Standard (No.24-02) and is built according to PMO requirements (Pasteurized Milk Ordinance).

    up to 85°C. (145°F - 185°F).

 3. Stainless Steel double jacket tank with insulated
     layer supported on 4 adjustable legs.

     electronic controllers and alarms.

 5. Air space heating system with air space
     thermometer.

 6. Hot water system with oil boiler and control system.

 7. Electricity consumption: 200-480V, 60Hz, 10KW.

 8. Temperature recorder for batch pasteurizer.

 9. Mercury actuated product thermometer.
