   powders  and additives when processing yogurts, cheese and juice
   pre-pasteurization.

1. 40 liter (90 Lbs.) Stainless Steel hopper
    with 4 HP centrifugal pump.

2. Stainless Steel lid.

3. Based on 3 adjustable legs.

4. Control board with Start/Stop switch.

5. 500 or 1000 Liter Stainless Steel tank
    (1100 – 2200 Lbs.) with insulating layer, electric stirrer and drain valve.
