Stainless Steel. All welds are polished and all corners
are 15 mm. Radius. The vat is manufactured
according to USDA guidelines for the
Sanitary Design and Fabrication of Dairy Processing
Equipment.

Available in Model V30 with an 300 Lts. (640 Lbs.) capacity, and
Model V50 with a 500 Lts.1(1040 Lbs.)
capacity.
