Vat designed for curd fermentation & preparation.

• Complies with European Safety Standard
   CE requirements and ISO 9001:2000
   quality control.

• All parts coming in contact with product
   are made of 304 Stainless Steel. All welds
   are polished and all corners are 15 mm.
   Radius. The vat is manufactured
   according  to USDA guidelines for the 
   Sanitary Design and Fabrication of Dairy Processing Equipment.

• Available in Model V30 with an 300 Lts. (640 Lbs.) capacity, and Model 
  V50 with a 500 Lts.1(1040 Lbs.) capacity.

Specifications:

1. Rectangular vat dimensions: V30 - 80cm x 80cm (31” x 31”).depth: 60cm.
    (23”). V50 - 120cm x 80cm (47” x 31”); depth: 60cm (23”).

2. Single wall - 2 mm thick with round edges.

3. Butterfly drain valve 2” Tri-Clamp.

4. Special jack bar for perfect draining.

5. Plastic lid
