The MEDUSA bottle washing machine is a combination of practical functionality and high performance. The machine’s working principle is based on internal and external jets and its washing cycle is divided into different stages using hot and cold water mixed with detergent. Water circulation is operated by electro pumps. Hot water is recycled through suitable tanks, cold water is rain to drain.

Bottles are held by stainless steel rings and plastic bottle holders and move under the different sections automatically. The machine can be supplied with heaters suitable for any kind of eating system. Filters collect impurities to protect pumps.

The machine is equipped with thermometers that control temperature and manometers to control pressure. Movement is actuated through gears speed variation. An electric control panel located at the front of the machine provides easy and efficient operation.MEDUSA bottle washing machines are available in standard outputs ranging between 1000 bottles per hour (20 3-bottle rows) and 3500 bottles per hour.
