Q: What products can be processed at a Mini-Dairy?

A:  Large variety of milk products. products include high and low fat fluid and
      flavored milk in glass bottles (a nostalgic taste), plastic bottles, or plastic
      bags. A variety of white ethnic cheese: Russian TVOROG, Bulgarian cheese,
      Arabic Labane, Latin Queso Blando and many others. You will also be able to
      produce yogurt with or without fruit and fruit flavors, sour cream, sweet
      cream, butter, ice creams and other delicacies.


Q: Can a farmer with 50 cows benefit from a Mini-Dairy?
 
A: Yes! Anyone producing 1000 liters (2000 lbs.) per day (or more) can profit. 

Q: How can I learn to make the products?
 
A: The Mini-Dairy is sold as a package and includes knowhow and training the
     crew for operating the Mini Dairy and processing the various products. 

Q: How will I know which items of equipment I need?
 
A: Pladot's specialists will help you to define the equipment you need for
     processing the dairy products you choose.

Q: Will I need professional help to install the Mini-Dairy?
 
A: Pladot's experts will supply you with building layout and will come to your site
     to install the Mini-Dairy, after you complete to construct the building.

Q: If I have a building, do I have to construct a new one?
 
A: If it meets the required size, Pladot will suit it to the requirements, (e.g.: electric outlets, water, sewerage etc.) of the Mini-Dairy.

Q: Can a Mini-Dairy be adapted to making juice or tea in bottles ?
 
A: Yes. The Mini-Dairy is very flexible . Together, we will make plans according to
     your needs and future plans.

Q: What happens if I buy a 2000 liter/day (4000 lbs.) Mini-Dairy and

A: Pladot's Mini-Dairy is modular-equipment; additional production lines may be
     added as well as additions for increased quantity.However we need to know
      your plans for the future in order to design the Mini Dairy efficiently.

Q: What about service and maintenance?
 
A: Part of the package includes instructing your maintenance personnel on
     regular up-keep and repairs. The Mini-Dairy is simple to operate and maintain.
     Pladot also offers service through a local dealers to prevent production delays.
